8.8 R213 for Presetting the Servo Gun Fixed Electrode Wear Volume

You can manually set the servo gun fixed electrode wear volume.

1. After inputting 213 in the favorites window, touch the [OK] button or press the <enter> key.

2. After inputting the fixed electrode wear volume, touch the [OK] button or press the <enter> key.

It requires your attention that if the setting value is set larger or smaller than the actual wear volume of the electrode, it may cause mismatching of the squeeze force or interference with the workpiece.

• R213 code cannot be used during the startup of the robot.

• The spot gun number can only be set in the spot welding environment ([Spot Welding] item in the [Set Up > 5: Initialize> 3: Usage Setting] menu is set as enable).
